A strike by Spanish airport workers has been called off after a preliminary deal was reached between the airport authority AENA, and trade unions.
Around 12,500 airport staff had threatened 22 days of industrial action, beginning in the run-up to Easter and continuing throughout the summer.

We are all really excited here at Las Piedras as we have just got taken delivery of our Accessible Mercedes Sprinter Minibus. Lots of space, air-conditioned, tinted windows... the only question is will Adrian ever let anyone else drive it other than himself?

His majesty King Juan Carlos opened Malaga's new terminal three which saw its first flight depart to Barcelona at 5.50am on the 16th of March. The impressive building is expected to handle up to 600 flights per day and receive 30 million passengers a year. The terminal is 250,000 m2 in size and is a result of a 409 million euro investment. The new terminal confirms Malaga as a major national and international travel destination.
The excellent Sin Barreras team provide a free assistance service for people with reduced mobility travelling through Malaga Airport, from check in through to embarkation and disembarkation through to the meeting point.
